Deep Tissue Massage 

A deep tissue massage is a massage to target deeper muscle layers. This modality should never be painful if done correctly. The pressure gauge for deep tissue massage is medium to deep pressure, which starts out with lighter pressure to warm the muscles up before going deeper into the muscle.

A hot stone massage is the ultimate relaxation massage. This pairs the effects of heat and pressure together allowing the muscles to naturally let go. The pressure gauge for a hot stone massage varies on the client's preference
